  成都大學商學院是學校辦學規模最大、辦學歷史最為悠久的學院之一，最早源于1981年創立的企業管理系。成都大學于1979年開辦企業管理本科專業，于1981年掛牌成立企業管理系，2011年成立經濟管理學院，2018年更名為商學院。學院秉承“厚德博學、格商濟世”的院訓和“辦學以教師為本，教學以學生為本”的理念，致力于培養具有社會責任感、國際視野和創新精神的思想道德素質好、理論功底扎實、專業應用能力與市場適應能力強的高素質復合型商科精英人才，服務成都、四川及全國經濟社會發展與社會進步。
 學院擁有“管理學”和“經濟學”兩大學科門類，下有“工商管理”、“應用經濟學”兩個一級學科，會計學、企業管理、國際貿易學三個二級學科。學院現有“工商管理”一級學科學術碩士學位授權點，招收與培養會計學、企業管理、旅游管理三個專業的學術碩士研究生；2018年學院新增會計專業碩士學位授權點，將從2019年開始招收會計專業碩士研究生。學院開設有國際經濟與貿易、工商管理、會計學、財務管理、審計學等5個本科專業，開設有ACCA、CMA、CFA、FRM培訓中心，高標準、高起點、高效益建設了經濟管理實驗中心，形成了較為完整的、相互支撐的商學學科平臺和專業體系。學院現有在讀研究生和本科學生共計1900余人。
師資隊伍（Faculty and Staff）
  學院現有教職工103人。其中專任教師83人，高級職稱教師46人,擁有博士教師46人；國務院政府特殊津貼專家1人，教育部新世紀優秀人才1人，財政部全國會計學術領軍人才1人，“百千萬人才工程”國家級人選1人，國家“有突出貢獻中青年專家” 1人，四川省學術和技術帶頭人1人，四川省學術與技術帶頭人后備人選2人，四川省有突出貢獻優秀專家2人,特聘副研究員1人，特聘長江學者教授1人。學院還聘請有一批知名學者、優秀企業家、外籍專家擔任客座教授。
人才培養（Talent Cultivation）
 學院始終秉持以學生為中心的人才培養觀念，以培養高素質應用型商科精英人才為己任，積極促進教學研究與教學研究成果在教學實踐中的推廣應用，突出實踐性、綜合性、應用性和前瞻性，形成了特色鮮明的人才培養模式。
 學院建設了“會計學”特色與重點本科專業、“財務分析”省級精品在線開放課程、“績效管理”翻轉課堂等30余項教學質量工程。其中，“財務分析”和“出納實務”在線開放課程已在全國教學平臺上線并面向全國學生授課。近年來，學生發表科學研究成果論文40余篇，獲得國家級、省級等各級各類創新訓練計劃項目及學科競賽獎勵近200項，近年來考取國內外研究生的人數與比例不斷攀升。畢業生普遍業務能力強、崗位適應快、發展后勁足，長期受到用人單位的好評。學院數以萬計的歷屆畢業生，許多已經走上各級領導崗位，有的成為政府部門領導人、大型企業集團和上市公司負責人，更多的畢業生成了單位的業務骨干。
 學院實踐教學體系完備，以“確保基礎，注重專業，突出特色”為原則，高標準、高起點、高效益建設了經濟類、管理類等商科專業實驗室,具有優良的實驗實訓條件,著力培養學生的專業技能與實踐能力。學院現建有“會計手工模擬實驗室”、“會計信息化實驗室”、“會計綜合實驗室”、“ERP模擬實驗室”、“企業管理全景模擬實驗室”、“國際貿易綜合實驗室”和“企業經營創新人才培養實踐教學基地”，實驗室面積1000余平米，儀器設備與軟件價值近1000萬元。為了提高學生實踐動手能力，學院與成都市相關部門、大型企業、大學生科技孵化園等機構建立了友好戰略合作伙伴，搭建起了覆蓋面廣的實習實訓基地。目前已經在銀行、事務所等50多家單位建立了實習基地。
科學研究（Scientific Research）
 學院長期致力于公司治理、績效管理、財務管理、人力資源管理、市場營銷、區域經濟、國際貿易、稅務、會計、審計、金融等多學科融合發展的理論與實踐研究和服務地方工作，科研能力和服務地方經濟建設能力持續增強，科研成果穩步提升。近年來，學院共承擔國家社科基金項目6項，省部廳級項目100余項，到校科研經費600余萬元。教師發表論文近500篇，其中CSSCI、EI期刊、中文核心期刊近300篇，出版專著和教材40余部（本）。
國際交流與合作（Exchange and Cooperation）
 學院與美國、荷蘭、新西蘭、泰國、馬來西亞等國家及臺灣地區的知名高校和研究機構長期開展學術交流和學生本碩、本科雙學位等聯合培養工作。
 與泰國國家行政管理學院(NIDA)開展“3+1+2”旅游管理與經濟管理本碩聯合培養。
 與臺灣銘傳大學（MCU）開展“2+1+1”財務管理本科聯合培養。
 與馬來西亞拉曼大學學院（TARC）開展“2+2”會計學ACCA方向本科雙學位聯合培養，開展管理學科類專業的本碩聯合培養。

Business school is one of the largest and oldest schools in Chengdu University. It used to be the Department of Business Administration established in 1981..

The school is committed to the theory and practice research for multidisciplinary development and integration in Corporate Governance, Performance Management, Project Management, Environmental Accounting. Meanwhile, it concentrates on the service work of Enterprise Management, Enterprise Financial Analysis and Risk Management. In addition, it is also absorbed in creative and high-quality talent education for Business Administration and Applied Economics. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in Sichuan and even southwest of China.


Faculty and Staff
The college has 103 faculty members. Among them, 83 are full-time teachers, 46 are with senior professional titles and 46 have doctor degrees. We have one special government allowance expert of the state council, one new century outstanding talent of the ministry of education, one national accounting academic leading talent of the ministry of finance, one national candidate of "hundreds of thousands of talents project", one national "young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions", one academic and technical leader of Sichuan province, two reserve candidates of academic and technical leaders of Sichuan province, two experts with outstanding contributions of Sichuan province, one special associate researcher and one special Yangtze river scholar professor. The college also employs a number of famous scholars, outstanding entrepreneurs, and foreign experts as visiting professors.
Strategies  
According to the concept of teaching and research combined as well as the foundation of discipline and teaching staff construction, the school is commit to constructing high-level  Economics and Management discipline in order to become the talent intelligence center in southwest of China.
Under the strategy of enhancing intensional connotation to promote development, the school emphatically focuses on discipline construction of Business Management and the talent cultivation in Economics and Management fields. Moreover, the school intensively carries out the interdisciplinary research in Tourism, Economics and Management, especially the tourism planning, exhibition economics, enterprise management and financial management.
Scientific Research
The school has long been committed to the theoretical and practical research on corporate governance, performance management, financial management, human resource management, marketing, regional economy, international trade, tax, accounting, auditing, finance and other multidisciplinary integration development and local service work. The scientific research capacity and service capacity of local economic construction have been continuously enhanced, and the scientific research achievements have been steadily improved. In recent years, the school has undertaken 6 national social science funding projects, and more than 100 provincial, ministerial and departmental projects, with a scientific research fund of more than 6 million yuan.
