簡歷
	安寧，美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學計算機科學與工程專業博士、美國電氣電子工程師學會（IEEE）高級會員、美國麻省理工學院企業合作論壇(MIT Enterprise Forum) RFID專委會委員。現任合肥工業大學“黃山學者”特聘教授（博士導師）、蘭州大學風電研究中心學術委員。在此之前，安寧博士在美國甲骨文(Oracle) 公司工作十年，任空間數據部主任工程師和空間Web服務項目負責人。他還受聘擔任蘭州大學萃英講席教授（博士導師）。安寧博士主要研究興趣包括空間數據管理、移動健康、Web服務、普適計算、傳感器應用和公共危機信息管理。目前已在國際知名學術會議（包括國際三大數據庫會議之一的VLDB和IEEE-ICDE；國際三大數據挖掘會議之一的IEEE-ICDM;及著名的WWW會議）和國際一流的數據庫/數據挖掘期刊VLDBJ和IEEE-TKDE上發表論文19篇（其中SCI一區、二區、四區各一篇）、申請美國專利三項（其中一項已授予），同時作為主要參與者承擔國內兩項科研項目。其曾撰寫一本英文學術專著和一篇英文學術專著章節，并參與翻譯Oracle技術專著一部。
