　　主要研究方向及成果:
　　主要從事生物物理化學和界面物理化學方面的研究工作。以極端環境多孔介質中微生物活動為背景，研究微生物的生物物理化學過程與界面反應機制，包括分子水平微生物群落結構與功能、微生物的傳輸過程與界面行為、以及生物分子及其聚集體的結構與性質。發展和建立生物物理化學的先進實驗方法和理論體系，為微生物及其功能基因的資源化利用和生物活性物質的開發技術提供科學基礎。目前的重點拓延領域是微生物脂肽和生物采油技術。近年來，先后負責國家自然科學基金 (59974014, 50374038, 50574040, 50744016, 41073055, 51174092)、國家863計劃重點課題 (2009AA063503)、國際合作研究項目 (50310077, 50620139, 045407017, 071607014) 等科研項目。發表論文100余篇，申請發明專利21項。作為第一完成人獲得國家科技進步二等獎 (2010) 及省部級科技進步一等獎 (2008)等科研成果獎。
　　
　　教學方面，主講本科生《物理化學》課程和研究生《生物物理化學》課程。目前承擔國家級雙語教學示范課程 “《物理化學》雙語教學示范課程” 和教育部 “工科化學系列課程雙語教學體系的研究與建設”等教學研究項目。曾獲寶鋼優秀教師獎、國家教學成果二等獎 (2005)、上海市教學成果一等獎 (2005) 和華東理工大學教學成果一等獎 (2008) 等教學成果獎。
