王凱榮， 博士， 1959年2月出生，研究員，農業環境與生態系統管理導師。
　　1985-1986、1996和1998年先后以訪問學者和訪問教授身份在菲律賓國際水稻研究所、荷蘭瓦赫寧恩大學和美國路易斯安那州立大學從事合作研究
　　1999年以來，多次應邀赴德、奧、泰、菲等國進行學術交流。
　　中國科學院研究生院教授，湖南農業大學兼職教授；中國土壤學會和中國植物營養學會環境委員會委員，湖南省土肥學會常務理事，中國科學院知識創新工程項目首席科學家，享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家。
　　主要研究方向：農業生態系統養分循環與施肥管理、農業環境健康診斷與生態修復、農林復合經營生態系統構建與優化。
　　主要研究內容：
　　1.典型農田生態系統健康指標體系評價
　　2.紅壤丘陵區農林復合經營系統構建的生態學基礎與可持續性研究
　　3.基于環境健康質量的作物殘茬管理
