喻榮彬 ，流行病學教授，博士生導師。預防醫學學士，流行病與衛生統計學碩士，病原生物學博士，傳染病流行病學博士后。
1991-1995年淮南礦務局職業病防治院呼吸內科醫師，1998年至今南京醫科大學流行病與衛生統計學系助教、講師、副教授、教授，傳染病流行病學方向學術帶頭人。2003-2004年美國University of Nevada，Reno訪問學者，2007-2010年中國疾病預防控制中心博士后。1998年至今，主持國家自然科學基金、國家科技重大專項、部省級和橫向合作等課題10余項，作為主要研究者參與國家級、部省級和國際合作等課題10余項，發表研究論文120余篇（SCI收錄25篇）。獲江蘇省科技進步二等獎、三等獎各1項，南京市科技進步二等獎、三等獎各1項，獲江蘇省教學成果二等獎1項、南京醫科大學教學成果一等獎1項。
主編《醫學研究的數據管理與分析》（普通高等教育“十一五”國家級規劃教材，人民衛生出版社，2009），副主編《臨床流行病學》（東南大學出版社，2011），參編《流行病學（雙語）》（人民衛生出版社，2009），參編《流行病學》（科學出版社，2003）、《病毒學檢驗》（人民衛生出版社，2006）、《流行病學》（中國協和醫科大學出版社，2009）和《預防醫學綜合實驗》（人民衛生出版社，2010）等教材6部。
九三學社江蘇省直委員會副主任委員、海外聯絡委員會副主任委員，衛生部WB/DFID（衛十一）項目咨詢專家、江蘇省預防醫學會艾滋病綜合防治專業委員會 委員、江蘇省熱帶醫學與寄生蟲學會委員、江蘇省性學會副秘書長、南京市鼓樓區健康教育講師團成員。獲得南京醫科大學“十優青年”（2001）、江蘇省高校 道德建設先進個人（2002）、第九屆霍英東教育基金會高等院校青年教師獎（2003）、江蘇省“青藍工程”優秀青年骨干教師（2004）、九三學社全國先進社員（2005，2010）、揚子江獎教金優秀獎（2009）、Young Investigators Award by APASL（2011）、多次學校/學院年終考核優秀、多次學院年終教學測評一等獎等榮譽。
