西北農林科技大學動物科技學院導師：劉福柱 正文

　　劉福柱,1963年7月出生，陜西神木縣人。農學博士、教授、博士生導師，動物生產教研室主任。主要從事家禽飼料營養方面的研究工作。多年來對略陽烏雞種質特性、肉雞脂肪形成的生理遺傳機制及營養調控進行了系統的研究，取得了重要進展；研究建立了綠色雞蛋產品生產配套技術。主持或參與完成國家、省部級攻關項目8項，獲省級科技進步二等獎2項、省級教學成果特等獎1項、校級教學成果獎3項，曾獲農村科技進步工作獎、教書育人先進個人；主持完成了8個大中型養殖場的建場論證研究與工藝技術設計。現主持國家支撐計劃子項目1項，陜西省重大科技創新項目1項，陜西省攻關項目1項，科技部農業成果轉化資金項目1項。在國內外學術期刊發表論文150余篇，SCI20篇，出版著作5部。今后將主要致力研究：以改善禽產品品質為主要目標的營養調控技術；應激對家禽免疫系統的損傷及營養調控；營養對家禽生長發育、生理代謝重要功能基因表達的調控。
