趙輝,重慶郵電大學(xué) 通信與信息工程學(xué)院 教授。IEEE會員,重慶市電子學(xué)會會員,國家自然科學(xué)基金項目評審專家,《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》、《IEEE Signal Processing Letters》、《Signal Processing》、《IET Signal Processing》、《Circuits, Systems and Signal Processing》、《Signal, Image and Video Processing》等國際期刊審稿人。
申請人長期從事信號與信息處理相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的科研工作,具有扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)和豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗,具備創(chuàng)新性思維和獨立開展科研工作的能力。以第一或通信作者發(fā)表SCI期刊論文16篇,主持省部級以上科研項目2項,以第一作者申請發(fā)明專利4件。
