　　2000.6．于合肥工業大學獲學士學位；
　　2007.6．于合肥工業大學獲博士學位；
　　2011.6-2011.12 瑞典皇家工學院，訪問學者;
　　2007.6-至今, 于合肥工業大學任教。
　　
　　研究方向
　　主要研究方向為多核集成電路體系結構、二維/三維片上網絡集成電路體系結構。
　　主持的縱向課題有：
　　[1]國家自然科學基金課題，“面向成品率的三維片上網絡TSV容錯技術研究”（61106020），2012.1-2014.12；
　　[2]教育部博士點青年基金，“3D NoC熱優化設計技術研究”（20100111120009），2011.1-2013.12；
　　[3]863科技計劃探索課題，“基于NoC的片上多處理器系統結構及實現方法研究”（2008AA01Z135），2008.6-2010.12，為本單位負責人。已結題；
　　[4]安徽省自然科學基金，“可重構MPSoC體系結構關鍵技術研究”（090412029），2009.1-2010.12。已結題，評為A。

　　獲獎情況
　　[1]合肥市科技進步二等獎：消費類電子產品專用芯片的功率驅動實現。
　　[2]2008年獲“斛兵杯”“優秀指導教師”稱號；
　　[3]2007全國高性能計算學術年會最佳論文提名獎。
