  個人簡介
  時堯成,男,1981年3月出生,博士,副教授,碩士生導師,副博士生導師。
  2003年6月畢業于浙江大學光電系,獲學士學位,2008年6月畢業于瑞典皇家工學院微電子與應用物理學系,獲博士學位,主要從事平面光波導型集成光學器件的研究,近年來共發表SCI收錄論文二十余篇,其中包括在Optics Letters, IEEE Photonics Technology Letters,Journal of Lightwave Technology等期刊上的第一作者SCI論文十余篇,并獲已授權國家發明專利2項。
  2008年獲第44批中國博士后科學基金一等資助,2009年獲第二批中國博士后科學基金特別資助,2011年入選浙江大學首批求是青年學者。
  作為項目負責人承擔了國家自然科學基金、863子課題、973子課題、教育部留學回國人員科研啟動基金等項目。
