　　戚澤明，男，1972年5月生，博士，副研究員。2001年在中國科學技術大學國家同步輻射實驗室取得博士學位，2001年起在國家同步輻射實驗室工作，主要從事同步輻射技術及應用研究工作。目前是國家同步輻射實驗室紅外譜學和顯微成像光束線站的負責人，建成了大陸首個基于同步輻射的遠紅外光譜以及紅外顯微成像實驗站。曾參加了國家同步輻射實驗室真空紫外（VUV）園二色光束線站的建設以及真空紫外光譜實驗線站的改造工作。1996．11-1997．11在日本琦玉工業大學合作研究。2000年11月赴臺灣同步輻射研究中心（NSRRC）合作研究。2004．10-2005．10作為訪問學者在法國SOLEIL同步輻射實驗室工作，參加了SOLEIL紅外光譜實驗線站的設計和建設，以及同步輻射紅外光譜應用研究工作。2006年6月，11月赴日本KEK-PF實驗室合作研究。作為課題負責人和主要成員承擔和參加了國家自然科學基金和863，安徽省自然科學基金等多項課題的研究工作。在Appl．Phys．Lett．，Phys．Rev．B，Macromolecules，Biomacromolecul，J．Phy．Chem．，J．Phys．Condensed Matter等雜志上已發表論文六十余篇，SCI收錄五十余篇。
