　　劉建平 1982年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)藥學(xué)專業(yè)，現(xiàn)為中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)藥劑研究所所長(zhǎng)、藥劑教研室副主任、藥劑學(xué)博士、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。1999年赴新西蘭Otago 大學(xué)藥學(xué)院進(jìn)修。
　　擔(dān)任本科生和研究生生物藥劑學(xué)主講教師和教學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)人，作為主持人或主要參加者，榮獲部級(jí)、省級(jí)和校級(jí)教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)15項(xiàng)。編寫(xiě)教材與專著14本（其中主編3本，副主編5本）。
　　研究方向：微粒給藥系統(tǒng)，經(jīng)皮給藥系統(tǒng)、中藥新劑型及生物藥劑學(xué)。
　　主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目–丹參酮高密度脂蛋白載藥系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建、科技部重大專項(xiàng)–抗房顫新藥關(guān)白附口服片的研制、國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局項(xiàng)目–中藥軟膠囊溶出遲緩機(jī)理與改善方法的研究、國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局項(xiàng)目–中藥軟膠囊老化機(jī)理研究、江蘇省“六大人才”高峰項(xiàng)目–鴉膽子油柔性納米脂質(zhì)體的研究、江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目–經(jīng)絡(luò)穴位對(duì)透皮藥物促進(jìn)作用機(jī)理研究、江蘇省社會(huì)發(fā)展基金項(xiàng)目–中藥抗哮喘穴位透皮控釋膜劑的研究等，負(fù)責(zé)或參與科技部“十五”國(guó)家科技攻關(guān)、“十一五”國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃、江蘇省高新技術(shù)招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目、江蘇省中醫(yī)藥管理局項(xiàng)目以及多項(xiàng)企業(yè)合作開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目。
　　通過(guò)江蘇省科技廳成果鑒定三項(xiàng)，獲2004年南京市科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)。申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利16項(xiàng)，已授權(quán)8項(xiàng)。發(fā)表論文74篇（其中SCI 16篇、EI收載2篇）
