  研究方向

  1 、腦中風后突觸結構可塑性的細胞和分子機理。突觸是神經元之間的連接點,是學習和記憶的結構基礎。課題組主要研究方向之一是探討腦中風后影響突觸結構可塑性的細胞和分子機理。我們利用轉基因熒光小鼠,活體內雙光子熒光顯微成像和內源性光學信號成像等技術,以及細胞生物學、分子生物學和行為學等研究方法,嘗試揭示病理條件下神經環路的改變與大腦功能恢復之間的關系。

  2、 小膠質細胞激活和增殖的調控機制。小膠質細胞是中樞神經系統內具有免疫功能的細胞。在正常腦組織中,小膠質細胞處于靜息態,對周圍的組織起著監測和保護作用。在病理情況下,小膠質細胞被迅速激活,并在損傷區周圍增生。課題組目前的興趣主要是利用多種轉基因工具鼠,結合活體成像和細胞培養等手段探討腦中風后小膠質細胞增生的功能及調控機制。
