政治學與行政學專業本科生培養方案（030201）

(Politics and Public Administration)

一、培養目標

本專業培養具有政治學、行政學寬厚的基礎知識和多種實踐應用能力的專門人才，能夠勝任教育機構、政府機關、企事業單位等相關工作，具有較高理論素質和實踐能力的高素質、復合型人才。

二、培養要求

本專業畢業生應具備以下幾方面的知識和能力：

1.掌握馬克思主義基本原理和政治學、行政學、國際政治學和法學的基本理論知識；

2.運用專業基礎知識和基本研究方法和手段進行理論研究；掌握文獻檢索、資料查詢、論文寫作的基本方法，能夠撰寫符合學術規范的學術論文。

3.了解基層工作的一般工作特點和活動規律；

4.具有在黨政機關、社會團體、企事業單位從事管理、科研、教學以及其他有關專門業務工作的基本能力。

三、學制與學位

標準學制為4年，可在3-6年內完成。

按計劃要求完成學業者，授予法學學士學位。

四、學分要求

本專業總學分為145.5學分。

3.學生輔修學習中止所獲得的學分、轉專業原修讀學分以及通過“學術講座”、“自主修讀”、“創新創業”等形式獲得的學分，最多可沖抵校通識選修課中的4個學分，沖抵院選修課學分按學院有關規定執行。學生修讀《中學教師教育培養方案》所獲得的學分沖抵相關課程學分按教師教育處及學院有關規定執行。
