　　?個人簡介
　　胡文發，碩士生導師，國家注冊監理工程師、國家注冊造價工程師。2005年-2006年為上海市楊浦區建設與交通委員會副主任（掛職）、2014年-2015年上海市虹口區國資委副主任（掛職）、2004年-2005年為Texas A&M University訪問學者，兼任多家咨詢單位的項目負責人，ICACTE（International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology）高級委員，曾先后擔任ICACTE等數十個國際會議審稿專家和《ASCE Journal of Management in Engineering》、《Automation in Construction》、《土木工程學報》等眾多國內外期刊審稿專家等。研究成果涉及建設系統仿真與優化、工程項目管理、建筑業監管、建筑經濟與造價管理、采購合約與博弈、施工組織與現場管理、建筑設備集成、綠色建筑改造、工程信息管理、建設領域技術創新等。主持國家自然基金項目1項，省部級項目3項，國際合作項目1項，企業咨詢項目12項。參加近30個國際會議，發表論文約90篇，著作15本，負責管理10多項工程建設項目。

　　?研究與教學領域
　　研究與教學工作聚焦于建設項目的全過程、全專業、全要素的集成管理，已經開設和正在講授的課程包括：施工技術、項目采購、土木工程概論、施工組織與管理、項目管理、工程項目管理、工程合同管理、工程計量與造價、工程風險管理技術、工程信息管理、建筑CAD、建筑設備、建設與房地產法規、工程質量管理、建筑工程概預算、建筑企業管理、管理學概論等。
　　目前感興趣的研究領域為四大方向即管理科學方向、行政管理方向、項目管理方向、技術創新方向。
　　（1）管理科學方向：拓展管理科學理論，提高工程建設系統管理的科學性，以建設系統仿真與優化為手段提高工程管理效率。
　　（2）行政管理方面：創新建設行政管理理論，提高建筑行業的監管效率，聚焦建筑經濟與建設行為分析，工程質量控制、安全生產管理、環境保護、文明施工。
　　（3）項目管理方面：以工程項目微觀管理活動為研究重點，強化復雜工程項目各專業的集成研究，提升工程項目管理效率。研究興趣具體包括：建筑經濟與造價管理、采購與合同管理、施工組織、質量與安全管理、建筑設備集成、綠色建筑改造、工程信息管理等。
　　（4）技術創新方面：主要是研究工程建設領域的技術創新制度、技術擴散機理、技術創新應用、技術創新對比等，以新技術促進工程建設管理效率。
